The Edge of Candy: Scroll Saga Deluxe

An ambitious game distilled down to whatever could be slapped together in a week, The Edge of Candy is a vertical scroller where you jump around crushing candy.

You play as a nameless warrior on a quest for vengeance against the King who murdered your father at the gallows. Of course, there was no time to put any dialogue or story in the game, so use your imagination.

This is a submission for the Candy Jam, a game jam to prove that we, the small guys, are not intimidated by trademark trolling and refuse to be bullied by large game publishers like King, EA, or Bethesda.
